What these terms cover
These terms cover using this website and booking a job through it. The work we do on your car is a separate agreement between you and us, made when you bring the car in.
They do not take away any rights you have as a consumer. If anything here conflicts with your legal rights, your legal rights win.
Booking a job
Booking online reserves a slot in our diary. We will contact you if there is a problem with the day or time you picked, or if the work you have described turns out to need longer than the slot allows.
Please give us the correct registration when you book. We use it to look up your vehicle so the right work, the right parts and the right amount of time are set aside. A wrong registration usually means the booking has to be redone.
Need to change or cancel? Ring us on 0141 876 1871. The earlier you tell us, the more likely we can give the slot to somebody else.
Prices on this website
The prices published on this site are fixed prices, and they are what you pay. That covers the MOT classes we test, the Interim and Full services, and the other listed items such as air conditioning, four-wheel alignment, diagnostics and the health check.
Repairs work differently, and we would rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise. A repair cannot be priced before the car has been seen. Nobody can tell you what a fault costs to fix from a description of the noise it makes. Anything found beyond the service or test you booked is separate work, priced on what it actually needs.
Every invoice is itemised, so you can see what was done and what each part of it cost.
Prices on this site can change. The price that applies is the one showing when you book. If you are unsure what something will involve, send us a message and we will tell you straight.
Using the website
We keep this site accurate and up to date, and we would rather hear about a mistake than leave it there. Vehicle details looked up from your registration come from official records and are occasionally wrong or out of date. If something does not match your car, tell us and we will sort it out when you come in.
The content on this site belongs to us. Please do not:
- copy the site or pass it off as your own
- try to break, overload or get into parts of it that are not public
- use the booking form for anything other than booking a real job
Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for what is on it.
Your information
What we collect, why we hold it and what you can ask us to do with it is set out in our privacy policy. The short version: we ask for as little as we can, we use it to look after your car, and we do not sell it to anybody.

Nothing on this page affects your rights under consumer law, including your right to work carried out with reasonable care and skill.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts deal with any dispute about them.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when the way we work changes. The date below is the last time the wording changed. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones published when you made it.
